Renewable Resources
These are natural resources that can be replenished or regenerated over time. These resources are considered sustainable because they can be naturally replaced or renewed at a rate that is equal to or faster than their consumption. Essentially, it’s like having resources that won’t run out. A few examples of renewable resources are sunlight, wind, water, biomass, and geothermal heat. We can use these resources without depleting them unlike non-renewable resources. By utilizing these resources we can lower greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate environmental impacts.
