Cradle-to-Cradle

This is an approach that creates products that can be recycled or reused completely, so that they don’t end up as waste in the traditional sense. This concept encourages a circular economy and emphasizes the idea that products should be designed with the intention of being recycled or repurposed. In order to achieve cradle-to-cradle design products must be created using materials that are safe and healthy for both humans and the environment. These materials are selected based on their ability to be easily disassembled and separated into their constituent parts for recycling or reuse.
